Apparently you can go no less than 1 star. Disappointed in Firestone. They didn't put oil back in my daughters car when they changed the oil and now she has a blown engine. Poor response, no acceptance of responsibility. I have notified the BBB. Shame on you Firestone.....
Online check in is a disaster. I set up an appointment for 1pm to have my car serviced I did this 8am the morning of. When I arrived there was no record of it in their system. I was told by an associate whatever I should have contacted the store so I was forced as a walk in which in turn took 4 hours for Firestone to do a simple oil change. I've been going to firestone for a little over a year. I don't think I'll return.
They always take good care of me! The customer service is the best I've encountered in a auto shop! Thank you Firestone for making my experience extremely pleasant!

IM VERY UPSET RIGHT NOW..WE BROUGHT IN MY MUSTANG TO HAVE PIGTAIL TO FAN FIXED AND THEY FIXED IT AND IT STILL RAN HOT SO THEY REPLACED RADIATOR HOSES WATER PUMP AND I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE..AND THEN TELL US ITS BLOWN HEAD GASKET..WOW..WE TOOK IT SOMEWHERE AND ALL IT WAS IS THEY WIRE THE PIGTAIL WRONG AND FAN RAN WRONG WAY..SO WE ARE OUT ALL THAT MONEY WHEN IT WAS NOT EVEN NECESSARY...WE WILL BE GETTING A REFUND OR WE WILL GO TO CORPORATE AND IF NEED BE HIRE A ATTORNEY..WE DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY TO JUST GIVE AWAY HAD TO B... read more
