I am experiencing the most unprofessional, lack of responsibility, of mechanical service at the Firestone under {Bridgestone corporation} ever. I had a flat tire the Saturday night. Trying to find someone to patch a tire or replace it was a difficult task for a Sunday morning. Only Firestone and another store were open. I had gone to the other store first, but they said it would take several hours because they were booked. So I drove down the street to Firestone. They were friendly, on point and very reasonable. Long story short... I was in and out of there within an hour. I am really happy!
I made an appointment to have my AC fixed. My appointment was at 9am. I dropped my car off at 8:30am. It took them 5 hours to call me and tell me that the machine needed to service my AC is down and they don't know when it will be working. So I wasted a whole day off work for nothing. Of course they told me 5 other things that were wrong with my car but couldn't notify me in a timely fashion that they wouldn't be able to perform the service I came there for.
