I’ve been calling your “cooperate” off a week bc You location on Northwoods Blvd . I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. RecommendedI went with my daughter in law to have Firestone-Hiram look at her van. The guys there went above and beyond all expectations and normal customer service. They got the job done before expected time, and a few hundred dollars less (while doing more) than another national chain service center down the street. Thanks DJ and all the crew !

**Would like to update my previous review based solely on the Store Manager Cedric Harris. After reaching out to corporate and to Cedric and at their request brought my vehicle back to have Cedric look and take some pictures. He never questioned my validity and was friendly and honest and never claimed they weren’t responsible. He followed up with a phone call and had scheduled to have my wheels repaired and provided me with a rental in the mean time. Another bad customer experience at Firestone. I bought my tires here 5 months ago, and come to find out today that they did not add on the road hazard warranty that I had requested. Now I have to pay full price to get my tire replaced for running over something in the road. Time to switch tire service companies.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! Not busy, Should not take 2.5 hours to drain and fill refrigerant! I guess having the guys in the bay do more than stand around and talk to each other.. Ridiculous!
They said they rotated my van tires. They did not they lied. I know how to check the serial numbers on my tires. They were in the same spot. Manager asked mechanic if he rotated. He said yes. I refuse to take my vehicle to a place were they lie.
Have an appointment and still had to wait an hour and was very rude about it
