Thievery! Brandi took her car to the Firestone on Shawnee Mission Pkwy. She had a sandwich baggie full of change in the center console. I saw it yesterday, it was full of quarters! When she picked the car up she found nothing but nickels and pennies in the bag, she was missing around $20. I saw the change. It was definitely there. She calls Firestone and they say "oh, that wasn't us because a really religious guy worked on your car and he wouldn't do that." Beware of this Firestone! Accompanied by my sister, a former long time employee of Firestone, went in and asked about simply getting air. Was told 10-15 minutes. That wasn't bad, being spoken to by the tall grey haired gentleman (I use that undeserving word kindly) in an annoyed condescending tone WAS BAD. Sister went in and received the same treatment, suggested that when she worked for the company they offered this quick service complimentary, without a ticket written or the treatment of having NO IDEA WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT.
