Had a appointment for 3:00 to repair one tire. I should say repair again since they didn’t fix it correctly the first time. An hour and a half later I’m still here. Seen the same 4 guys standing around the desk for over 40 minutes. Apparently Firestone has so much money they can afford to pay employees for doing absolutely nothing. Was told 20 minutes ago it would be just a couple more minutes. Apparently they have employees that can’t tell time either. I bought 4 new tires from the one on Shawnee mission parkway less them 2 weeks ago and this morning one of the tires were flat and the other 3 were low. Come to find out, all 4 seals on all tires were broke! Now I’m not a mechanic but I’m pretty sure this should have never happened had they done their job correctly to begin with! I don’t feel safe going to them again.
Brought my truck in for an alignment. Left with a $6000 bill for a transmission that the technician blew because he thought it’d be a good idea to go on a joyride. These guys get pedal happy when they get something nice to drive. Watch out!
I took my car to firestone with an issue in the POWER STEERING. I specifically asked that they inspect it because I suspected there was a leak and it might need replacement. I signed a work order for a $50 inspection of my POWER STEERING. Upon receiving a call back from firestone I was informed that my POWER STEERING was okay and it didn’t need any work, however the reason my steering was difficult was because an AC belt had snapped and supposedly that’s what was making my st... Just went in there, told them I was afraid my your was going to blow, and they said couldn't have a tech look at it today, wish me luck, driving down the road and my whole dash is shaking, my tire had a bubble in it. Thanks firestone.
