I have been going to Firestone for a few years now and always got great service from them.We have dealt with Nick every time and he was great.I would recommend him and Firestone in Hamden to all my friends.
I went in with a negative attitude expecting the worst due to a different Fire Stone location. Nick took the time to explain everything to me and was never forceful on his sales. He was honest and upfront about everything. I went in a skeptic but I left a happy customer and would bring my car back to the Hamden location again.
