Great staff great work every time
Awful customer service. Went in today for an oil change. Didn't listen or answer any simple questions I had. Told me there were three oil changes ahead of me and a three hour wait. Made no sense. Rude and dismissive. When I asked how or why the wait would be so long, he actually suggested I leave.
Made an appointment a week ago for this morning for a simple oil change and was told it would take 2 hours. What is the point of my making an appointment if it’s going to take you 2 hours to do a 30 minute job. Last time I come to a firestone.
Do not bring your car to this dishonest garage. Brought my car in for a flat repair. It took eight hours to be repaired. Now, I know why. They were not repairing my tire. Something must’ve happened to my seatbelt. When we picked up the car. it There was a new seatbelt in its place. It is not a brand seatbelt for my car. They told me I was imagining things. They changed us to put oil and they put 0 They changed us a lot for the works what they did. But we came back to them 2 time because we didn't fix anything what we asked. No more going back to them.
These guys don't know anything about understanding, listening nor compromise, they're experts at turning issues into "The customer messed up".... Total lack of customer service handling....
