This was done at the kearns Firestone auto care and they “fixed” it this has happened to me and my family not just once not twice but three time in in less then two years this is unacceptable!!!
my husband took our old van in for the free estimate on brake work. when they told us that it would be almost $550 we said to wait and we'd let them know tomorrow. within an hour, they called and said the work was done. I said we hadn't agreed on anything. he said that he would match another bid. my husband went to get it and the price was even higher. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE. DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE, HE LIED TO US MORE THAN ONCE. We are going to file a complaint with the better business bureau on Monday.

Larry H Miller Chevrolet in Murray, this is what happens when you trust them do the complete check off list, when you have your oil changed. Look at what my battery looks like after trusting them to do their job correctly. Now, I get to purchase a hose for $88.00, because of their stupidity. KUDOS to Chet & Chet's employee from Firestone on 90th and Redwood Road for checking my fluids and battery in my car. Please see my picture under my comment. I couldn't attach picture with my review.
I really appreciate your honesty and you guys helped me on a Sunday when I was having car troubles... I had my son in the car with me and even though you close at 5pm, you stayed open to help me... I will never forget that... you have a costumer for life... thank you so much
