Tony and Jesus Gave us amazing Customer Service! We are from out of town and our battery was giving us problems so they checked it all out for us and made sure we were OK. They get five out of five stars for Customer Service and peace of mind! We highly recommend Tony and this Firestone location!
As I sit here waiting for my Hyundai to be fixed, I have to write a review. Ashley and Christian are wonderful. They took the time to go over everything with me. They are very friendly and personable. I haven't seen the mechanic(s), but I appreciate them taking their time to do it right, instead of rushing through it. I will only come to firestone for my car and tire needs. Thanks so much guys! Keep up the good work.
Sometimes it's all about timing like yesterday when my "low tire pressure" light came on, then again how we people act and react to one another counts too. I stopped in just to get my tire pressure checked, but when I saw the shop didn't look so busy on a rainy afternoon I asked about getting my routine services taken care of and still be back on the road by 4. The response was "we'll do our best." Happy to say they missed the mark by 5 minutes, but I drove off as a very happy and satisfied customer.
I hate dealing with car issues & needing a new tire, a friend recommended this Firestone. Worked with Carl & he was helpful, professional & I appreciate the friendly customer service! Thanks
