Terrible service, didn’t get wheel balanced after they rotated my tires. But you’re suppose to “request it” when automatically should’ve been done, since my wheel has shakes. Called and got told to bring my car in this morning and miss some of work then tell me they can’t look at my car till 3:30 later today.
Horrible customer service ! I called yesterday because I needed a new tire. I was told they needed to order the tire and it would be here today between 12-2. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am this morning. I called at 4 pm for a update since I had not heard anything from them. I was told my vehicle was getting pulled in to be worked on. I've used this place on more than one occasion for multiple vehicles and they always come through, even when they're swamped with cars. After a flat tire and a long day, they stayed late to throw a new tire on my rim for me so I wouldn't have to call out of work the next day. Very compassionate people who work extremely hard, ill be taking my car to them for everything from now on.
Special shoutout & appreciation to the amazing and compassionate staff at Firestone on Cypress Mill who got our truck back on the road in time to witness our daughter’s proposal. They went out of their way to ensure we made it! Thank you guys! You are awesome!
We had a great experience with this location. Anthony and Warren were amazing! They fixed my issue, while relocating my family from NJ to Florida. We had an alternator belt needing replacement. Tried to take to Ford across the street, but they don’t work Saturdays. Firestone helped me out while 400 miles away from my destination. Thanks Anthony and Warren!! Go see these guys! They are awesome!!
everything, I would DEFINITELY not recommend this STORE FOR ANYTHING, MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF WERE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT OUR VEHICLE TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG BECAUSE I ASSUME BECAUSE MAYBE BECAUSE WE HAD AN INSURANCE I DON'T KNOW BUT I DO KNOW BECAUSE OF THEM IT WILL NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE AGAIN.
