Don't EVER take your vehicle here. They broke a part on our tire after trying to remove it from the vehicle which caused their technician to scratch our rim. They said they would replace the rim, but that was it. After taking it to the Jeep dealership the technicians there could not remove the tire without drilling through the stud to break apart the damaged rim just to remove the tire. They were real busy and I was told to expect to wait quite a while. Despite that, I was surprised with the turnaround. Overall a positive experience.
