Wes Karl, General Manager, and his team did a fabulous job especially Michael the mechanical technician. They were polite, professional and technical knowledgeable. Great customer service. Both Wes and the other Service Writer (didn’t get her name) were great to work with. This shop does not deserve the negative Yelp reviews. Thanks for your help today 9-7-25
The review below was from 3ish years ago, and I still take my vehicles to Firestone. And I still give them 5 stars! (Thanks Wes!) 5 stars, but I need to explain why. I bought a new (to me) car and noticed a fluid leak. No big deal, called Firestone they got me in within a day. ⭐ They called me same day with word on what was going on. ⭐ Then they did something I have not experienced with other mechanics.
