So beyond thankful to the staff for working so close to closing, to help fix our tire even with a temporary repair to allow us to travel home safely. They were friendly and so helpful Thank you again.
It was fast and easy
Went to get four new tires. Shawn delivered great customer service by explaining the deals to me and showing the tires that he believed would benefit me. However, after I was serviced I noticed my rims were damaged, all four of them. Highly upset! Didn't have time to really turn around and make a big fuss about it but I am very livid.
Honestly as a single female I was nervous that I was going to get taken advantage of BUT I was genuinely shocked that they truly helped me out. Went over my issues, showed me the issues, and gave me options with no pressure. I would definitely recommend going here!!
Took my car here to have my heating system checked and two flat repairs. I dropped it off the night before with a pick up time of 4pm the next day. When I got there I was told nothing was in the system and it would be a wait for the paperwork to get filled out, so i went to pick up the person driving my other car home. I got back about 40 minutes later, my car was up on the lift and I had to wait an additional hour and a half because they never did the flat repairs the entire day they had it.
