Absolutely terrible experience. Waited over 4 hours for an inspection on my car. My car is only a few years old and they failed my inspection over a gas cap. The car had no check engine light or anything wrong with the gas cap. Told me if I bought a gas cap they wouldn’t fail it so I paid for a gas cap. Also was told I need an oil change when I just had an oil change 2 days prior from another mechanic shop. Avoid unless you want ripped off and want to wait crazy long for a wait.
They had my car for over a week lying saying it gonna be done and they still never ordered the parts just keep saying they will call back nobody ever does
I am a first-time mom and I am also a first time buyer for a car. The customer service was incredible. I absolutely love the fact customer service is top-tier ! While waiting in the lobby and dealing with a crybaby nonstop, the staff were really understanding. Went in to get spark plugs and ignition coil packs and oil change and they try to charge me 1750 something Dollars way over by three times what I should’ve been paying and that’s me putting the price even higher than what it’s supposed to have been so I took my car over to MIRZA auto service 251 west 19th st and I was only charged 799 and he did a great job and made sure that I was happy our reviews. He got five stars and got five From me
