They said it would be an hour and a half for new tires... Ended up waiting 3 hrs. They left me with only two valve stem caps, the low tire sensor is on, and there is a big dirt smudge on the inside ceiling. And because it took so long I missed my 6 yr old’s first soccer game. ☹️

Extremely unprofessional and didn’t know what the hell they were doing!
Recommendedthey were great took my brother in laws truck for tires. We just got in from Texas do to a death in family took us right and got us back on the road. The next I took my oldest to get oil change before she headed back to SC. Again quick in and out job so we could get back to the family dinner.
3 1/2 hours for 2 tires counter person helped everyone else but us customer service sucked NEVER WILL WE GO BACK
Took daughters Ford Focus in to have heater core flushed because she wasn’t getting any heat. Was told that they tried different ways to flush it but was unsuccessful. The next day I took off hoses( freezing my butt off) and in ten minutes I had flow going both ways and cleaned out. I had a total of about 25 minutes in this out in the freezing cold when they had it inside a warm building for more than an hour. I just wanted to express how extremely happy I was with my service. Trevor, Samantha and Kevin at customer service were so nice and helpful. Also, Barry he simple was amazing, honest and true to his word of getting the work done! They called when the car was ready and were so caring. I can't say enough great things about this Firestone. I don't know any of the guys in the back who fixed my car, but they did a great job!! I am very pleased! Don't hesitate to go here you definitely won't be disappointed.
