Bad customer service. no communication. When I left my car at 4;10, they told me that my spark plugs would be ready at 6pm. they took till 8:20pm. my first time, the technician told me that they did the diagnostic at my car.. When I went my second time there because the motor engine light still on. Maria told me that that’s why they fired him. John, a new technician that attend me, didn’t know anything and he had non courtesy at all for the customers. I won’t come back there for sure and I’m NOT recommend this place at all.... read more
