Firestone Rocky River is a great place to have your car repaired. All the employees are very honest, friendly and helpful. Excellent service at this Firestone in Rocky River, Ohio! They scheduled my appointment early in the morning, right after my phone call, ensuring I wasn’t late for work. They fixed my flat tire quickly and professionally, at a good price -- in less than an hour! Friendly staff, efficient service -- highly recommend!
Flat tire and they were about to close! They stayed late to fix our tire so we could get back home to Chardon! Great company, definitely thankful
