After a frustrating experience at Conrad’s , I went to Firestone and was seriously impressed. They were able to get me in quickly, understood the urgency of my situation, and handled everything with a great attitude. The team was accommodating, professional, and efficient. they completely turned my day around. I felt taken care of and super confident heading into a long drive the next day. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about helping their customers
I went to have 1 tire repaired but ended up needing it replaced. The service advisor was very polite and professional. He didn’t try to up-sell me or pressure me to buy anything more. Just politely made a recommendation that I’m getting close to needing all of my tires replaced. They did a great job of completing the work in a timely manner.
I recieved very good service. Booked the appointment in the app for the next morning, they called early in the morning to give me real-time information about their schedule for the day, didn't over promise but got it done due to several cancellations. I would certainly recommend them.
