Everyone from the time I walked in to the store until the end was professional and friendly. Kevin and the store manager were extremely helpful and explained everything well.
Pretty quick and good communication
Anthony was extremely professional and helpful in resolving a problem that occurred at a different Firestone location. He expressed concern with the safety of the vehicle and made room to fit me in. The job was completed sooner than promised . Overall I left with the confidence that the issue would be handled properly and timely.
Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and very welcoming. I called before visiting the shop and talk to Rich. Rich gave me a great price quote for one of my Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 cargo vans. I dropped the van off and when the task was done, shop called me to let me know.
