WHAT A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE LEE WAS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF HOW ALL HUMANS SHOULD BE,JUST WOW, STELLAR GUY ALL AROUND. WHOEVER WORKED MY 2019 ESCAPE NOTICED MY LOVE FOR NERD STUFF AND LEFT ME A HANDFUL OF AWESOME STICKERS ON TOP OF PERFORMING TOP TIER AUTO REPAIRS. COMING BACK SOMETIME STRICTLY TO CHOP IT UP AND VIBE WITH LEE 15/10 You’re missing out.
I had to wait for parts, and even when they arrived, it still took a day and a half to install. It took over half an hour to check out. My first and last visit was a shame, as Firestone is such an honorable brand.
They don't honor online appointments.
Richie and his team are very communicative and respectful upon checking everything and going over the issues and options.
