This will definitely be my first and last visit to this firestone. Took my truck in at 7:15am and was told that it would be ready around 11. Fast forward to getting my vehicle at 12:30pm, missing all four valve stem caps. I go in and ask for them and they give me some and say this is what we have, some mismatched cheap valve stem caps. Corey was a HUGE sweetheart. He was very kind and got me taken care of quickly and respectfully. I received a 24.99 oil change which is 1/2 the price of the other places I had called. Very Pleased. Thank You Corey!
7 hours to do a brake job and put dye in to check for an oil leak. Guys at the front desk were nice and apologetic but mechanics were slow kept putting easier jobs ahead of mine.
I took a truck here for an alignment. It was 6 pm on a Saturday so I get that they’re closing in an hour so if I had been turned away that would be fine, the problem is he proceeded to start writing up a ticket and when I mentioned that I replaced all the parts in the front end the tech spoke up and said “I don’t have the tools to fix camber”. Now this is ridiculous for two reasons: one, all it takes is a wrench and a pry bar as with most half ton trucks, and two, setting the toe for $95 is ridiculous. What would he have don... read more
Dropped off our car this morning and it was utter chaos; phones were ringing off the hook and a very angry employee was screaming in the shop but front desk man Craig kept his cool, took care of the phones and got us on or way. Came back a couple hours later to pick up our car and the angry shop employee was at it again. Craig calmly walked him outside to the shop, we could hear the guy cursing all the way up front.
