As a woman I feel like a target to be overcharged for car repairs. This Firestone didn’t disappoint me. They charged me $263 for 6 spark plugs. Auto zone had the same spark plugs for $63 for me to walk in and buy. Firestone probably gets them for even less. Anyway big rip off. I had no choice but have it done,since my car would not have made it home to Houston. The store Knew this when they pulled my records and saw the Firestone I always go to in Rosenberg. RecommendedDavid and Vincent worked 30 minutes after hours in order to change our battery. They were willing to go above and beyond to help us.
Unlike the last time I was at Firestone, I had a pretty good experience this time. Had to wait for about an hour and a half, but that's not as long as I was told it would be. (3 hours) Of course all I was getting was a state inspection.
Very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I can depend on Mike, Bilan, and Corey to get it right and in a timely manner. Thanks, guys, I appreciate you.
2 hours for an oil change is about an hour too much.
