I couldn't have asked for better service. This is my go-to place for both basic maintenance and repairs.
The only place I'll take my car for tires, rotations, alignments, etc. They know how to take care of your car, take care of wheels that you don't want scratched, and take care of you and your care above and beyond. Awesome staff as well!

Don't know how to help those that are in distress in a decent manner. Been a Firestone customer for YEARS!!! Had a tire go flat, pulled into a parking spot, and went in. Guy told me $25 for flat tire repair and to move my car WITH A FLAT on it somewhere. I was hesitant but did it. Tire went to shreds, scared that it was gonna break the rim. Guy didn't care. Took my sister's car here for new tires. Ended up with huge dents in both quarter panels because they didn't know how to put a lowered vehicle on a lift properly. Now they're denying that they did it and claiming that they don't have security cameras to show what happened. Beware of these hacks.
I am in a fight with pancreatic cancer and money is tight! Our tires on our only car we had to drive back and forth to UAMS in LR were shot! They found us a set of four tires beating all the others including Walmart by 200 dollars and found us a coupon with savings on an oilchange! I would like to thank everybody there for going above and beyond to help us to get back on the road safely !
