RecommendedGreat customer service! Had an oil change that had a leak. Took it up there and they replaced the filter cap for free. Still had a leak. Took it back again and they found out the oil pan had a tiny hole. They took full responsibility for the leak because the guy who serviced it remembered hitting the oil pan with the tool that takes off the filter cap. Awesome how they were so up front, honest, and informative about my car throughout the entire process. Thank you Firestone in Conway, Ar.

This is the 2nd time I went for service and got turned away. Both times I went, I arrived 2 hours or more before closing. If employment practices limit a service to customers, than you need to change your operations.... Went to Walmart where there are only 2-3 mechanics (vs 4-5 in Firestone) working and my car is already ready in less than 30 minutes. All I needed was a tire mounted.
they do some awesome work! and if there is something they cant do they have no problem giving great recommendations!
