the manager was very rude to my son and I ... pretty much told us to get out of his shop ... without actually saying that. ugh

the Service and personnel are great
for an appointment i feel took too long. almost like going to your pcp and waiting to be called... then wating again and again and again for disgnosis. front of house (maria) was great, however 5 other vehicles came and went while my car is on hydaulics...
I had appointment at 2 o'clock they did not get me in until 2:45 . It took them forever to align my car and then tell me all the parts that were bad on it . Got it lined Out at Edwards Air Force Base Firestone a few months ago and they did not say that all those parts were bad on the car !!
From the sales to the product to the service, They made me feel like a VIP ! :)
