Very poor customer service. Abusive and rude to an elderly 30 year customer. Management do not like to be called out by senior citizens, they are too comfortable trying to get over. The company is layered so no one can speak to someone who is large and in charge. Made 9 phone calls to corporate over a three week period and was promised that the district manager, Sarah, and the Florida zone manager, Robert,would make contact. It never happened. family member had gearbox replacement. Due to improper replacement procedures bolts striped and broke off comes the gear box while driving down 520 in the rain. guess what they want to charge her for it. managers best excuse for bolts stripping and breaking was that she lived on a dirt road Really is that the best you can do. Bought 7 tires for my dually. Price was very good for tires for a 7500 # truck. Service was friendly and helpful and they were able to get the tires mounted and installed quickly, so I did not have to wait long. Wil definitely be back.
Customer service sucks. They guy behind counter said 15 mins and I waited almost an hour. I left for an appointment and I came back within an hour. And then he tells me 5 ahead of me. No Thank You I will go somewhere else that treats me like a real customer. Tim
