Took my car in for 2 new tires , oil change and alignment yesteday 12/22/16... great service....clean store and restrooms....minimal wait time...
The staff here is awesome! They provide great service and ate so kind and courteous. I never feel like I'm being "sold" something extra. If they tell me I need something, I know I do. If I ask for something that I don't need yet, they tell me that also. Keep up the good work!!!
I took my car in 9/12/16 and asked them to check the tires, because the tire light was on. They said my rims were corroded, and charged me $67. Next day, tire light is on again and two tires are flat, and I can't even drive it to take it back to them to fix this. I wasted $67. And I can't move my car.

Thank you to the nice people at Firestone complete auto care in Medina. We had a flat on the interstate on our way home to Illinois from vacation in Maine. They got us in and out quickly and were very helpful!
While there are certainly many Firestone stores closer to me....I happily drove 2 hours to the Medina Firestone because of the professional service. They just get it.....I'm very particular about my car...they are very responsive, friendly, and go beyond to ensure the very best service. I will be buying tires from them for years to come! Thanks Tom and crew!
