Great guys work is always done quickly and correct
Took my care in for oil change and tire rotation. We’ve had an issue with one tire slowly leaking. Two days later, the low tire pressure comes on and it’s the same tire...in the same place. While we weren’t charged for a rotation, I was told the work was done and pressure was checked, but it is clear that is not true.
This store is not the same since the manager Tom S. left! I scheduled an appointment for my Avalanche and my car trailer to have brand new tires installed and mounted! Before my appointment I asked the sales person if he wanted me to bring in the trailer or just the wheels loose? He said "Jeff please just bring the tires in not the trailer." When on the phone with the sales rep I asked if the price he gave me included balancing? The Firestone rep. said yes Jeff mounting... Continue Reading
Great experience here. Nate is a great guy and helps out a lot. He keeps you updated on your vehicle. The guys that work here are great.
Very slow, marked down they filled the Blue additive durning the oil change which last for 15,000 miles but after only 2200 miles the message came and the had to add almost a full gallon, also they did NOT know where to put it in had to look up on YouTube, makes me think they did NOT do it during the oil change but only marked it that they did

Our Car Club is NEO Miniacs and we drive Mini Coopers. Not everyone can service these cars and many don't even want to try but this store embraces the MINI and has been supportive of our club since it's inception. Thanks Firestone!
