They tell all thier customers they need struts you go get a secondary look over and how about you don’t ! This corporate company is abusing innocent customers they don’t even deserve 1 star!

They were able to take care of me same day and I'm super grateful they got my car ready and safe to drive.
Prompt first thing in the morning (7:00 am) service. Manager was courteous and professional. Had my car ready (replace flat tire on my rental) in record time and had me on my way to the airport with time to spare! Would highly recommend Millcreek Mall Firestone!
