I have to say I’ve been getting service here for 10 years in my whole family as well. I feel that Cody Austin. And Steve also David Great customer service I also drive my cars from a property in an hour and a half away to get service at this store. Wonderful Service! Being a young girl, they have always made me feel like I’m in good hands and taken care of. They can be on the pricier side of things but it’s good car care that is consistent and usually doesn’t need to bring your car back after being there. Very kind and willing to explain employees, great manager! Would very much recommend
The team at Firestone were always courteous and professional on phone and in person. They handled a poor delivery situation very well with positivity. They saved me money with a coupon and found additional ways to save me money. My personal mechanic found them to be honest on their work order. I will always use Firestone Millcreek Mall location as long as Austin Horn, Chris and the crew are there.
We were on our way from Ontario to Wisconsin last weekend through the rain (with kids and a trunk full of stuff) when I got the dreaded tire pressure loss indicator on the highway. Pulled over and realized I had a nail in a tire. Called 2 tire repair shops and was told they *may* get us in that day but no promises.
