HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GET PA INSPECTION HERE. Since I am not a car person, I changed eveything that was required by them. After reviewing the charges with someone that does know about cars, turns out I was overcharged by 400-700 dollars. I went thinking it’s a big company and that they have national same prices but they will try to take every dollar from their community and its people. SHAMEFUL!
I have been a Firestone customer for years and have been generally very pleased with there products and services, but am especially so this month. I put a new set of Bridgestone tires on my daughter's car a few weeks ago at the Millcreek Mall store in Erie, PA. Unfortunately, we had a flat the other day and I brought it in with the donut on, 5 minutes before closing time. Thier Customer Service Technician, Austin really took care of us. I needed emergency tire service. They squeezed me in their busy schedule and took care of the issue without any problems. Excellent service which is rare these days!
