I have been going to deferent Firestone locations since 2015 but by far this location is the best and malek was above and beyond . After searching on line and over the phone for the best price for my Benz EQS 450+ EV malek was on the top of it and was able to get the best deal and end up purchase the tires from this location . I went in last minute for an oil change and both workers were very friendly and did a good job
Great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Tustin, CA! I went in for an alignment and my Uber & Lyft inspection, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. My car is driving smooth now, and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!
I arrived and was greeted in a very professional manner. Was work was completed in the expected time frame. I had a very nice experience while there.
Came in today because my car was making noise turned out I need struts and a alignment the both Kevin and Tai where honest and the mechanic Steve showed me and explain why my struts needed replacing will 100% come back
