I appreciate the fast service, but the prices are a little high.

We originally followed Firestone's after-hours drop-off policy and had my 2014 Dodge Challenger towed to Firestone Complete Car Care. Spoke with Service Advisor, explaining that I was unsure where the coolant and oil were leaking from, the drain plug was missing, and there was an issue with the oil cooler and oil filter housing. We left a handwritten note with the key in a sealed envelope, clearly stating: "Car has no fluids. Check fluids, leaks, and issues with oil cooler/oil filter housing."
