Excellent service and very professional team. Malek and Kevin were especially helpful, honest, and efficient throughout the whole process. The quality was excellent, and the service was quick and stress free. Highly recommended!
This Firestone in particular had way better service than the Firestone in Costa Mesa! They didn’t really care for what I wanted whenever I asked about when I bring my own oil and gave me attitude, but at this Tustin location, they ACTUALLY care about what you want. The service manager, Kevin and store manager Malek were very informational and precise in everything I wanted done to my car. I came here to do my tires and got a nice deal. Y’all should really come here for that good service cause they really care

Great service from Kevin and Gerson! Manager and tech. Even though I had to buy a new tire cause of location of screw, they were easy to talk to and helpful. Repairs were done quickly and even got some advice and tips for what I'm willing to do myself.
