The customer service was great and I appreciate that they explain the services that are being done. The only thing I had a problem with is the time they quoted to get the work done was about 1/hrs lo ger which caused me to miss another appt.

Both employees Kevin and Tai were helpful with a quote and appointment for a tire flat last minute. Services was less than 25 minutes during a lunch break . Thank you Firestone team member
Mr. Mahlek and his team are always professional and courteous. Any questions are always explained in a way I understand. They provide an excellent customer service. We have alignment warranty and brought in our Tesla. I have been a customer since 2021 and This is one of my favorite locations!
