Whoever did the tires on my truck really screwed up, the lugnuts are on so tight a Milwaukee impact wont budge it, tried a long breaker bar wont budge. Heated it up and nothing, lubricated it and still nothing, it is the worst job I've seen and I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend or bring my vehicle for anything ever again. BY FAR THE WORST SHOP IVE EVER HAD WORK ON MY TRUCK. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Firestone tried to get my parents to spend over $2000 to replace the entire air conditioning system on there car with 7000 miles on it when it just needed to be refilled. what makes me mad is ok maybe they didn't know what the issue was but don't tell your customers that everything is bad and needs to be replaced, just tell them you don't know. it's pretty simple.
Honest, if it doesn't need replacing right now they let you know. What I thought was going to $1,000 in repairs was only $220!! And a nice little list of things that can be addressed later. Thank you Guys!!

Clean friendly knowledgeable thorough. Brought my daughter car in to have tires and alignment done.. they addressed an issue with me and gave us options. People think they are trying to scam for more money..but truth be told ..if they didn't try to fix it right and make you aware then they would be liable. If you choose not to fix it it's on you. And if you bring your vehicle there and they don't tell you then you would be filing a complaint.. can't have it both ways people. It's worth every penny to bring my vehicles there ... read more
Would never go here again. Try to sell me tires when all I needed was a plug and patch.
New to Wausau with an alert that I have low tire pressure. The guys got me in within an hour, found the problem and fixed at a very reasonable price. Nice not to feel "taken" in auto repair very courteous , through , and priced right. Thanks!
Tires are a bit pricey there but.. They make up for it in every other area. Workers were awesome and informative. Didn't try to pressure me to buy more services just simply stated any areas of concern. 4 tires and was in and out in under an hour. Awesome experience and would definitely come back.
