They did a great job for me. Had to have my radiator replaced because it was leaking and after they did that the added pressure caused the water pump to leak and that was were I thought it was leaking in the first place. They took the time and showed me were the leaks were coming from as they found them.
We stopped here "passing through" when we were having car trouble on a Sunday. Jeremy was the manager on duty and he was incredibly friendly and helped us out as quickly as he could. Thank you for the excellent service!
Both times I have taken my car in for an alignment something on my car breaks after! This time it could have been really bad and I don't understand how firestone made this mistake. Not even 72 miles after getting my car back a bolt comes lose causing my axel to come out of my transmission!!! Really???? The tow truck driver advised this should have been caught and we were lucky it did not happen on the highway!
Thank you for getting my friend in for an emergency alignment after another shop f'ed up their car. You guys are a lifesaver!
