They were awesome!!! I bought brand new tires for my SUV. New brakes,wipers blades, fixed a few things, oil change etc. I've only taken my car to the dealership. Firestone gave me a better deal on tires. Plus I got a 100.00 rebate coming. They were honest and very professional! they've earned my trust which is hard to do. I'm getting ready to purchase a brand new SUV and my envoy will be a second vehicle. I'll certainly use your store again!!! Thank you!
It was not a bad experience but Definetly didnt have anything that made them stand out from competitors. When I arrived waited 3 minutes til someone came to the desk. Asked what I needed and said okay and told me to wait. Helped 2 other people 1 in person and 1 on the phone. Total time I was there maybe 20 minutes. Interaction with customers could be more friendly but okay since I just needed on the spot registration
Showed up to the shop one hour before closing. I was in a bind and needed a pair of tires put on before a trip. A tech looked at the clock twice before looking at my car. The tech explained that they dont have the equipment to mount 35 series tires. I havent heard that excuse since the 90s. I pointed out the Audi in the parking lot which had new 35 series tires (which is the stock size) and the tech looked clueless. Horrible service... horrible lies... horrible company. You make appt to get your car done . They say they were to busy to do it that day . So we make appt for mon at 10 am we get a ride to take my husband down , which was hard to do . Take it down he checks us in . He waited for his ride to pick him up , came home it's now 12 they call and say they don't have time to do it . Not a way to treat a good costumer. We even have a gold card . New management , believe me gold card don't mean nothing . Very upset . They need a better manager . That show respect and consideration to his ... read more
