Worst service ever at Firestone Tire. Bought four new tires for my wife's car, alignment, oil change; $900. Go to pick up the car, and one of the tires is seated off the bead. I find the salesman, who apparently forgot who he sold the tires to. I point out the bad tire and he says he can't work on it without a "Ticket" for liability sake. I try to point out we hadn't paid or driven the car yet, ends up both of us pissed and he walks away. On a coast to coast road trip and stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in right away and back on the road in a jiffy.
Had waited for almost 4 hours, after a scheduled appointment, no call to explain the delay and no apology for the delay!
