I’d like to make a complaint about FireStone over by the super target in Urbandale. It was raining and cold it was about 3:50 last night I got a flat tire and air was coming out quick. I just needed a patch. And they told me that they would not help me. Because they close at 4 Because there isn’t enough money to keep them open. They’re there to help the medical workers. It has taken 2 hours to remove a spare tire and put on a new one...and they're not even done yet! Hadn't been here in years because they are so slow, and they haven't improved!! I'll never come here again. Go elsewhere!!
RecommendedBrian was the best! I called and told him my car wouldn’t start so he gave me a recommendation for jumping it AND told me he would be sure to fix it once I got it there! Nicest guy! I was done in no time!

I needed brakes on my new car and they did the rear brakes and didnt bother checking my front brakes. They also told enterprise there was nothing wrong with my transmission when in fact there is. Now i have to go elsewhere and get my car fixed right.
Had an oil change and they were able to get me in and out quickly. They always inspect tire pressure and other fluids and take time to look the car over for any other things it night need. They make helpful reminders of things your car might need coming up to keep it in the best possible shape and yet, they don't push you to do it right away. It is up to you when you get the maintenance done-unless it is critical. I trust them to tell me the truth.
