Writing this as I sit in their waiting area. I had an appointment at 2pm today for a oil change. It is now 3:30 and my truck hasn’t even been pulled in the garage to be serviced. When I asked when my vehicle would be taken care of and done I was told “sorry, we had a big truck to work on”. What’s the point of having an appointment?
My mom, who is visibly handicapped and walks with a walker (sometimes uses a wheelchair) was forced to park at the end of Firestone's parking lot. This was because a food truck was allowed to park,diagonally, over all handicapped parking. When she asked if she could park closer to the building, she was told, curtly, to park at the end of the building and walk. My mom is now in terrible pain, thanks to this business and their need to seemingly disregard the law and discriminate against the handicapped.
My wife took her car to store #9717 for an oil change and cabin filter. I then went on a late errand and the low oil light came on. I check the oil immediately and there was no oil on the dip stick. i hadd to put a quart and half. I couldn't believe that you could allow a region to operate like this for this is the second time I have had a problem with one of your stores. The other was store #304016 when they lost a hub cap from my tire. Then they said it was never there. How can you let your places operate in this manner?
Anton was great, he got the tires in the same day we talked and when I got to the shop on my travels to Washington, he had the crew jump right into the job, got three new tires mounted and balance and was on the road in no time. Great service.
Terri and Mike were very helpful! I found my car had a flat tire as I was leaving work in Des Moines and thankfully they were willing to assist me so that I could be on my way back home to Marshalltown. I'm so thankful for their patience and understanding. I left, with my car taken care of, about 15 minutes after they were supposed to close. I'm so grateful for Terri and Mike. Thank you! I highly recommend their services.
Lady at front that greeted me seem like I was bothering her. She was rude and not friendly at all. When you come to work dress like you care. She looked like she just rolled put of bed. Been coming here for years and never had such poor service.�
Have come to firestone on euclid to have work fixed after my husband has done it lol. John at firestone is awesome. He is very friendly and professional. They are reasonably priced as well. Thanks for all you work guys.
