Do not ever go to firestone on Chenal in Little Rock. Joe took his truck there to get his tire replaced and he waited an hour then they told him there was nothing they could do. After getting the truck to my parents we realized they stripped one of the lugs which was fine before he took it. When i called and spoke with a manager about it. He tried to tell me joe was lying and authorized them to do it. Went in with trouble, they knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed it, and on my way. Totally trust Firestone.
Nice and courteous staffing and good Product knowledge
Took my Mitsubishi in for a/c problem. They told me it was the suction hose leaking. They then said Mitsubishi doesn't make it any more. And they couldn't find the part anywhere after market. That was a big lie. I found it easily and put it on myself. I would avoid this Firestone.
