RecommendedWe got a flat during our epic New Orleans to Hot Springs road trip. Thanks to the folks at the Firestone on Cantrell in Little Rock for patching us up. It turned out to be a small puncture but after two days of being parked, it totally deflated.

Great customer service. I do not remember his name, but the gentleman handling the front/phones is impressive. He handled an irate customer with patience and clarity. After the call he did not take it out on the next customer (me). He was completely professional and helpful.
I had to have a new tire and they were super fast. They said originally that I would have a 2 to 3 hour wait and I was only there an hour.
Chris was very professional and didn't talk down to you. Unlike the employees at the Benton location. He explained everything. He never tried to talk me into something I didn't want or need.
I was very pleased with this Firestone. The staff was friendly and ready to service my car despite that I showed up near closing time. Their manager, Kris, is obviously dedicated to leading a top-notch service. I believe it’s evident in his staff’s professionalism and willingness to help. I would recommend this Firestone location to anyone in need of auto care services.
This location was very professional and timely. They handled my issue, along with several other people's issues combined with handling inbound phone inquiries as well. Excellent job!!!
I bought a brand used truck and they Store Manager took care of me. Looked it over and came up with a plan to get my issues taken care of and fixed. Super nice people at the store. Thank you Kris McCormick!!!!
