I came into Firestone and i got the tire pressure light on my dash so i came in and Mayra came out to help me check my tires and she said i needed 4 new tires because they were showing wires so she got me a good price and and she walked me through the process. I will definitely be coming back for my of her service.

I had an appointment in the morning, at Firestone Complete Auto Care on La Cienaga Blvd. I was greeted by Carlos a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Carlos took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. Carlos and the auto technicians were able to Diagnose the issue and fix the issue. My vehicle was ready in two hours. I'm very pleased with the service. Thank you Carlos and auto technicians.

Had AC service diagnostic check performed for $49.99. I decided to get the recommended work done and was still charged over a $1000 for the work plus the $49.99. Usually, with every business I have dealt with, if you complete the work they waive the diagnostic charge. I’m probably being overcharged already, so to charge that additional fee is the reason I would not recommend. I’m confident the work was done correctly; however, the next morning, I noticed a leak and will have to take my car back to them.
