Rude, rude, rude! Stopped in today, needed to have tire fixed ASAP before it went flat on vehicle. Girl at counter said no way could they do it today. What??? Will not go there again!
I'm a national entertainer. And apparently when I drive the Midwest my trucks love to have issues in Des Moines. That said? Man do I LOVE this shop and the people there. Very fast and efficient, and I've just never had an issue. I had $1700 of work done on a read tire that had one ball bearing left and hanging by a thread. I was 90 miles from home and staying the night down the road from this joke of a tire shop. Noticed I had a low tire and not wanting to wake up in the morning to a flat I pulled in and asked if they had time to patch a tire. The guy told me it would be two days before they could get to it. What kind of tire shop doesn't have a guy fixing flats at all times it takes 15 mins.
I can't even begin to tell people how much I love and TRUST this shop!! I've been a customer since the Summer of 2013. They are SO amazing! Their customer service is 2nd to none and they have always gone above and beyond in every single way for me on both of my vehicles. I would recommend this crew to anyone!!!!!!!!
