I dropped my vehicle off this morning and waited all day for a phone call with an update as to what the problem may be and received absolutely no follow up. Now my vehicle is stuck there overnight and I’m left in the dark. I’m not pleased.

Apparently should have checked the reviews before getting an oil changed here..... they called to tell me my cabin air filter was “completely clogged”..... and conveniently now after leaving here I can’t have my fan on medium high or high because it sounds terrible. Even my 3 year old said “who is running a chainsaw” 🙄 It didn’t make a sound when I took it there this morning.

Overpriced and extremely slow! I had an appt for a simple tire repair. Took them over 75 minutes to do the work after taking the car back. The gal at the front desk could barely be bothered to do her job. I will not return.
Someone told me Thursday at 2pm they had a tow coming and could absolutely have my car done by Friday. When I called Friday an hour til close to see if it was finished they had no idea what I was talking about.. my cars been sitting in a Hy-Vee parking lot w the keys in it for two days. I called in the morning irate to see what was done and the most the gave me was “tow recommendation” it’s now weekend and overtime charges on all tow companies and everywhere is booked from the holidays. Excellent customer service! Our minivan had some problems while we were traveling and the local Toyota dealer was less than helpful. Firestone was able to obtain a part and complete the service on a Sunday so we could get back to enjoying our weekend away in Des Moines.
Thankful for the great service and assistance yesterday! Left work to a very low tire. As I drove to find a gas station saw the sign. The girl inside greeted me with a smile & once I explained I had a low tire - had me pull up to the bay door and a very helpful young man not only aired up my low tire - he checked all. Thank you both very much for your gracious assistance.
