Paid to have the car inspected after hearing/feeling something weird going on. Was told I needed a wheel bearing replaced - plus another $4,000 in recommended repairs. Turns out two wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I'm confused how one was noticed, the other wasn't, when I'm paying for the car to be inspected. I was giving Firestone a second chance after another location never tightened the oil pan and I have a huge oil stain on my garage floor now. I think my Firestone days are over.
Quick and easy. They used to take care if my work csr and I brought my personal car to them.
Rude. You had a chance to redeem your companies name after a terrible and dangerous mistake previously made by one of your techs. Your manager is rude & treated me as though I was a inconvenience. Well I may not have had my pocket book open today but your company will never see it open again after your looks of judgement today.
Clean nice guys , always shocked at what they find to repair.. I've been using them for 3 yrs for oil changes and I will continue.
