The short story is they suck! Go somewhere else. The long story is I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday November 17th at 11am for my car to be serviced at firestone in Brookfield. I made the appointment online and stated that I wanted an oil change my wipers replaced two tires that I already had in my car put on with one of the tires needing to go on my rear right tire. went there to get a wheel bearing and to check horn. They left the fuse cover off and the glove compartment would not close. The mechanic could not fix it. I fixed it myself and didn't need to go to school or work at frestone.

I went to get an emissions test and was going to get a service done on my vehicle but they would not let me in the building without a mask. I had to stand out in the cold and rain while they did the emissions and I decided not to do the service because I didn’t want to give them business. The tech apologized and said it’s not our rules I replied who’s is it and they said it’s the governors. Which is false. Kind of upset today, I made an appointment for a simple oil change and I check in and then I’m told it will be at least and hour and a half to two hour wait! This screws up my entire day! Why make an appointment then? 😡
Friendly reliable service.
They very sweet, informative, and do not pressure you into getting something done. They will advise you if it is a dire need to get it done eventuality if it’s a safety issue. So far I have been pleased with them.
Went for the emissions test . They were very nice , it’s clean and well organized! I’ll go back if I need work done . The person who helped me ( Wesley Horton ) was very patient and explained everything... there was an unavoidable delay & he made sure everyone waiting understood why ..
