Not being such as scam and taking advantage of ladies.
I was racially profiled and blatantly mistreated at the Firestone (N75 Exwy- McKinney) this morning. See my YELP post. It is sad and hurtful that one must be made to feel less than in the time we live in.
I have been a lifelong customer since I was first driving. And I’ve rarely had problems with Firestone. Recently purchased tires a couple months ago and went in this morning due to a constant flat, they used my warranty to fix the flat which they didn’t give me the screw/nail which I know the roofing company caused. But in order to get my tire off they had to break one of my lug nuts with a hammer and they had me pay for a new one and claimed that it’s a Manufactured defect and also said I need to replace all of them.
