How about calling customers when a part needs to be replaced and inform them? Or letting them know after 2 days the car won't be ready until the 3rd day.....the gentleman at the location of courthouse road in gulfport, Ms wanted to get smart and say they could put the car back the way it was brought in. How unprofessional. This is the last time I will use this company. 0 stars for any employee that I talked too.

RecommendedHad an unfortunate blow out and they did a great job taking care of me. Turned out I needed a whole new rim, and needed up not needing the new tire (long story), but they refunded me for the tire, labor and all!! Very nice people working there and I felt they were very honest.
Do NOT waste your time and money going to Firestone. I went in to get an alignment, and I got a call saying that I needed a new control arm, a new steering knuckle and fix two bent rims, $1500. When I called back to confirm what was wrong, they put me on hold and unknowingly took me off of hold. I heard them say in the background “uhhhhh just tell her it’s bent or something.” I took my car to multiple places after that and each one said that nothing was wrong with the control arm or the steering knuckle. I went to firestone after another facility tried to charge me $500.00 for brake replacement just to find out I didn’t need brakes but tires. They even educated me by taking me out to look at my car and showing me what to look for I appreciated that. I ended up needing tires the wire was coming out on the inside, the sad part is I just got them in May at the same place that told me I needed brakes never again! We brought our car to this place for an alignment. They explained they couldn't do it because of a pivot arm and it was going to cost like $400-$500. So we asked if they could do just an alignment because we didn't expect to pay that much that day. They said yes, did the alignment and we left.
