Made an appointment but had to wait at least a half hour for them to start work, then it sat for 45 minutes afterward before they allowed me to leave. Apparently they were punishing me for my husband telling them they charged too much. I would never recommend them.

Amazing people that truly take their time making sure ur vehicle is in top shape and travel ready. Buttercup loves it here and so do I!! We have several in Alabama but I try to wait till my visits here in Gulfport to have what I need done and having it did right!! Recommend them highly!!!
Everytime I come to Firestone it's good customer service. They are very helpful. they tell you exactly what's what with your car and never try to get over on you.
