The quality of customer service has really gone downhill.
Staff was really friendly! Also, they told me that I didn’t have to have new brake pads today. Anyone else I might have taken it to would have changed the brake pads and charged me for it. I really appreciated their honesty. I would go back again and would recommend it to my family and friends!
I have a lifetime tire rotation and front end alignment on my Toyota pre runner. Firestone takes care of this and gets my oil changed and gets me in and out in about 1 hr on a BUSY day. The level of service you get here is unsurpassed by no other.
Great prices and have used this place twice for oil change and rotation. Good, fast and courteous service.
Brought car in to be repaired. Was told 1 1/2 hrs. Left, came back, was told they had to get another tire, another 20 minutes. An hour later, they finally start putting tire on. We have been here almost 3 hrs waiting to get our rental car out of this dang shop! All while watching the "tire techs" take their time and bs'ing with each other, rather than working
