RecommendedWe just had our a/c completely redone in our car and these guys went above and beyond every step of the way!!! We were told Friday it would be done by the end of the day but later in the day a part put us at risk of not getting it back but instead of leaving us in limbo knowing we had somewhere to be the next day they took care of our rental so we didn’t panic! I just got our car back and our air is blowing ice cold!!! Thank you so much to Tyler and his team at Firestone!! You made this process as painless as possible!!!

I dropped off my vehicle mid morning for a simple brake check. They did not touch it until the next day. I came the next day and they still had the tires off so here I sit and wait.
You fixed a problem that my regular guys couldn’t even diagnosis. I will be back.
Had a trialed tire blow out on I40 and the only place to help me late Saturday night was the team at Firestone. A special thank you to Scott for going the extra mile.
