Just leaving firestone . I was greeted with a smile. Jason Zachman and staff are the best guys. Was ready for my car. Finished in timely manner. Chris told me I needed new tires. I thought I was on deal are no deal. Jason came through with a deal that I couldn't refuse. Will stay a loyal customer. These guys stand by their word.
Very helpful today. I stopped by to see if they could tell me what size socket for the bolts on my Wrangler JKU and two gentlemen went ahead and loosen the driver's side for me so we could pull out the wet carpet that was too hard to remove with the lockbox under the seat. They told me the socket size I needed 18 mm to purchase for future use and even where I could pick one up. Huge help!! Thanks guys!
The manager James is super helpful. Fixed me right up when I was in a hurry. Definitely recommend this location. Customer care was A1.
