MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE LEANDER 183 TOLL FIRESTONE. Lincoln, I can't believe a company would lie to you on your first visit. You remember my 2018 Ford Transit 250 it to get a flat fixed. I asked them to show me what was in the tire because, I'm in construction and I want to know if I got it from the road, job site or, around my barn. They came back and told me that the tire was at the minimum to pass inspection and that it should be replace. He said the other one was just 1/32 from the minimum. If a customer ask to have tires installed, dont argue with them just do it. I knew the bigger tires I purchased would fit no problem and they kept giving me issues saying it wouldn't work.
They are obviously missing something at this shop. Get second opinion!
Horrible lies about prices the expect you to pay absurd amounts. Holding my keys and car because they miss quoted me. Check your estimates. Make them send pictures of quotes because the completely lie over the phone.
Took my car in for an oil change, they left the oil cap off....ruined my engine, then took no responsibility for it. Literally less than a week after the oil change my engine is fried and there is oil all over the inside of the hood right above the engine oil cap. I check it and its not sealed so I took it to another mechanic, an he confirmed, pretty obvious you lost oil through the oil cap. Head of claims told me he would take care of the rental car while waiting for the insurance adjuster to look to determine what happened... read more
