As always, the guys were great. I didn't care for waiting over an hour, but, they got my tire fixed!
I've had a couple bad experiences with car repair shops. Firestone Complete Auto Care was a recommendation, so I called. First of all, I thought I'd have to use a vacation day to get my car serviced. What a super nice surprise to know they could give me an appointment on Saturday! I had no idea! Both on the phone and in the shop, the customer service was top notch. They charged me for a realignment, but I later found out they did a half assed job. A local body shop warned me that I had been ripped off.
