Shout out to the manager Dustin! My husband and I were driving through on the way to Western NY. We had a blowout and needed a new tire. Dustin went above and beyond by personally installing a new tire so we could resume our trip. Thank you Dustin for going the extra mile! We got to our destination on time thanks to you!
The workers are friendly, BUT they sold me a new starter for $440 and the problem is still happening (van won’t go into park but really is but the dash says it’s not, so it won’t start and won’t go into N either), so I took it back for them to just pretty much tell me they can’t fix it. They seem clueless. Won’t be going back there again! I didn’t even need a starter. Waste of $440 when I have 4 kids to take care of.� shame on them! Go to a real mechanic shop!
I have always been pleased with every Firestone location I've ever gone to (throughout southeast Michigan, as well a location or two in Ohio, Florida, and even in the state of Washington). I've been a loyal customer to Firestone for the last 30+ years, but I feel compelled to say that Ian and the rest of the Firestone team at the Holland Ohio location are definitely the best of the best! Friendly, professional, and proficient!
First time I've had a crappy experience at this business. Scheduled an appt on Wednesday to have a recalled tire replaced... My appointment was today Sunday 9 am... I get there and I am told they don't have the tire in stock. Grrrrrrr! Woke up early, wasted my effin time! Stated I could wait while they drove to Monroe Street store to pick up and drive back with the tire and do the work. THAT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN TODAY! Will be life customers. Two different Firestone centers have been amazing to us. The manager at the Holland store made my husband feel like a priority and really helped us quick.
Away have a great experience there. I recommend it.
