This place is a complete ripoff. My daughter took her car there and asked for the least expensive oil change, and they gave her a $69 oil change ( and that was after using $12) in coupons. We have taken the same car to Tiresplus (same parent company) in a different state, and had the exact same oil in the same car for $29.99 without a coupon. I've never had a bad experience with Firestone. They have always treated me and my family very well. I would recommend others to go here. They have always helped us out by offering any deals going on that we may not know about when getting something done to one of our vehicles. They never pressure us to have any done either. Which is nice. If something is serious they take us out to our car and actually show us what they are talking about and then we can make the decision from there. I do not do reviews often but I want to warn others so that you will not have to go through what my wife and I have. It took 3 trips and losing my cool to get an apology and my brakes to work correctly. Issue 1. get vehicle back after full brake job with no emergency brake. Issue 2. get told by "Doug" you don't need and emergency brake but they will adjust it. Issue 3. get nothing but attitude from Doug and truck isn't fixed until I lose my cool, after losing my cool finally get poor customer service instead of non existent ... read more

I went for a standard oil change and they ended making me a list of issues. That was appreciated until I took it somewhere else directly after & they told me I was mis-informed. Thanks to the second opinion I saved myself a very large amount of money.
