I had a good experience with Jacob and Preston. Their customer service was great. Much appreciated. I definitely highly recommend this location.
Chris and the technician Michael are outstanding. They conducted some regular maintenance (oil change, coolant and brake fluid exchange, and a tire rotation). Everything turned out perfectly and the completion time was 3 hours. Not sure if they cleaned the brake pads but there is no more annoying scraping sound that comes with the humidity and salt air on the Gulf Coast - added bonus! Awesome - THANK YOU!!!!
