I shouldn't have expected much out of Firestone based on the reviews. I am totally regretting being in a desperate position to get a nail hole in my tire plugged. I went in they took my tire off my car made some BS story that they cannot plug it in and try to upsell me. The below posts speak about how Firestone is "Honest", well lets be honest, not to be mean but the people that think Firestone takes care of them are naive. This location is right down the street from where I live and is convenient for car work. I went there to get a water pump and thermostat replaced for a couple coolant leaks and they came back and told me I had a cracked intake manifold and it would cost $2245 to fix my car. I have been taking my vehicle to this Firestone location for the past 5-6 years. I have always received professional, honest service. They explain the services well and always go out of their way to provide assistance. I highly recommend this store.
Words of advice; DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO A FIRESTONE EVER, unless you are getting tires. I even question if they're compatent enough to install those properly. For the past 6 months my vehicle has gone to them for a check engine light & every time I pick my car up they say the problem is fixed. But thousands of dollars later I still have a check engine light & the car just runs shittier and shittier. If I could give no stars I would.
